Self-cleaning laminated filter

The filter head and body of the self-cleaning laminated filter are made of reinforced polyamide plastic forming, anti-corrosion and wear-resistant, and can withstand working pressure of 1.0Mpa. The filter stack is made of polypropylene PP plastic, sealed as EPDM, and the inlet and outlet water and drain pipes can be selected as carbon steel spray epoxy resin, HDPE, PP or stainless steel, etc., which makes the whole filter system resistant to harsh water treatment working environment.

The cleaning laminated filter has two operating states: filter state and backwash state. In the filtered state, the raw water passes through the stack from the outside, the filter stack is tightly pressed together under the action of spring force and hydraulic power, the impurity particles are intercepted at the overlap point of the stack, and the filtered water flows out of the filter. When a certain pressure difference is reached, the system automatically enters the backwash state, and the controller controls the three-way valve to change the direction of water flow. The backflush water pressure releases the stack, and the nozzle located in the center of the stack jets along the tangential line to make the stack rotate and wash out the impurities trapped on the stack. When the recoil ends, the direction of the water flow changes again, the laminate is compressed again, and the system re-enters the filtering state.

Self-cleaning laminated filter only takes about 15 seconds to complete the backwash, under normal circumstances, the backwash water consumption is less than 0.5% of the filter water, and the viscous impurities can also be fully backwashed. Air assist or external recoil modes are also available, and the required consumption of filtered liquid can be reduced to zero.
